  • PAYMENTS: Payments can be made by check or credit card. For orders estimated to be completed in four weeks or less we require payment in full, and if more than four weeks 50% deposit and balance paid before shipment. Design Partners must keep valid credit card on file to keep account active and receive sales volume credit toward sales aides. We also offer open credit terms, pending approrval by our factor CIT.
  • SHIPPING: Delivery address must be location with dock facilities to accept shipment. Shipments to residences must be noted at time of order to confirm special delivery is available. All Shipping charges are third party billing to company listed as "sold to" on Paul Robert acknowledgement. If you do not have a preferred carrier, we will be happy to suggest shipping companies we use that specialize in furniture deliveries.
  • MARKETING: Design Partners are prohibited from having links on their websites to Paul Robert website or from selling Paul Robert products on their websites. Design Partners may not visit a Retail Store or to the Trade Showroom with their clients to view Paul Robert products. Violation of these points may result in termination of your Paul Robert account.
  • SALES AIDES: Active accounts qualify for sales aides based on volume. Memo samples are available upon request for active accounts.
